Why is Hawkeye lamer than Black Widow? They’re both “un-powered.”
It’s interesting how most “un-powered” superheroes are very definitely superhuman by real-world standards. A longbow is just not ever going to stand up against a machine gun in real life, but this is a archer who can somehow get better range, accuracy, speed, and stopping power than a trained sniper with a good rifle. However he does it, that’s pretty hardcore.
