Yet he’s still referred to as a dwarf for some reason. But then again, I guess Loki is technically an “Ice Giant” so whatever.
Maybe Galactus decided that they were dwarfs. The other shorter species came later.

He was apparently the last surviving Munchkin who was a dwarf. Some of the Munchkins were child actors as evidenced by their dates of birth and are still with us, along with a few Oz bit players. A list at https://www.imdb.com/list/ls061321507/ seems fairly up to date.
