I don’t know about Canada, since I don’t live there anymore. However, in America, women have been charged and threatened with jail time for mailing dirty panties, aka “indecent and filthy substances”. I would avoid mailing any type of bodily fluid.

Sometime in the last thirty or forty years what passes for “hip” morphed into “encouraging the narcissist class” via the fine arts and celebrity culture. It is time for artists to move past this.
