Try asking Liberal Quakers. I know they will have something, because I knew the person who wrote some of those books (and they would point out that you missed out non-binary and agender relationships).
Establishing and monopolising the “Christian” entertainment business is surely one of the methods that Evangelicals have used to make themselves the arbiters of what is and is not Christian.

With some, sure. I just assume that’s a reflection of their own relationship with religion and politics.
Speaking as a non-believer who has worked for a church that is genuinely helping make things better for poor people in Sydney [1], it’s a view that seems self-evident to me. Thanks for articulating it so well.
