It appears he may not get away with it. We only know this happened due to the appellate court records, and the appellate court was pretty scathing in reversing this judge.

Regardless of whether or not the rapist piece of shit deserves to be tried as an adult - and I have reservations about trying any minor as an adult, but if anyone deserves to be it’s this waste of oxygen - (former) Judge James Troiano absolutely deserves to be tried as an adult.

It’s child pornography, and saving nonconsensually made videos of rape is kinda fucked up anyway, so the kids really shouldn’t actually be saving it themselves. But the police should DEFINITELY have been.

Oh man, I wish I had known about this 50 years ago. I had really good SAT scores. I could have screwed way more women. The test prep people never told me raping them was a perk. Bummer.
