Good, but I fear for the people who appear before him in traffic court, given that this demotion is not likely to improve his attitude. Someone like that should not be judging others in any capacity.

Right? If “teen falls asleep” = juvie, I feel like some poor sap is going to show up to dispute a speeding ticket and end up on death row.
