The lawsuit asks a judge to issue damages “to punish” Burchett or deter him and others from similar conduct in the future.
I’m afraid that $75k won’t deter a traitorous scumbag like Burchett from continuing to lie and defame people. The Heritage Foundation or a Republican billionaire sugar daddy will pay the bill out of their pocket change in addition to funding the defence lawyers.
