Well well well, looks like old Kenny also pled out. I don’t know the details of his plea yet, but, wow. That speedy trial gambit definitely didn’t work out for them.
ETA he pled to a single felony conspiracy count and will spend 1-5 years in prison. He also has to be a witness for the state. Nice. Let’s see if Rudy is next. I imagine he will see the writing on the wall sooner or later, but I doubt he’ll get off as easily.
