our people in all of the countries or continents that we have built β including, but not liited to: Europe, North America, Australia, etc.
Canβt they just build one more new continent somewhere else then? I promise nobody is going to try to immigrate to their racially pure Atlantis.
Their positions can probably be summed up in about 14 wordsβ¦
With 88 syllables?
Shirts for assholes at CPAC. 25 bucks?!
What the whatting what:
I think their continuous effort and struggle are not really helping them think better.
How does the Supreme Courtβs position that the president is legally able to fire anybody he wants in the executive branch square with this? Trump spent four years trying to get rid of βthe deep stateβ and was depressingly successful, but the consequent increase of executive power also has to apply to Biden now.
The story with this was especially ironic in the case of the Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency. Shareholders of Fannie Mae sued to get rid of a rule they didnβt like and instead got a ruling that Biden was legally able to fire the Trump appointed director.
Whatβ¦ in the ACTUALβ¦ FUCKβ¦
/adds a bit of stringβ¦
I canβt even be surprised that Ken Starr did that. The far rightβs prurience and sexual hypocrisy, in particular being and sheltering paedophiles and rapists while mouthing disgusting sanctimonious judgements on others is par for the course. Hypocrisy isnβt even a thing they recognise any more.
Shit human beings
Moore, who served twice in his role on the Alabama Supreme Court and was twice removed from the position, sued Baron Cohen after Moore was interviewed under the pretense that he would receive an award for his support of Israel. Baron Cohen pretended to be an Israeli anti-terrorism expert and claimed he had technology that would show whether Moore was a pedophile β a reference to sexual misconduct allegations against Moore β for the series βWho Is America?β
The USPS isnβt a part of the executive branch, and the Postmaster General doesnβt serve at the pleasure of the president. Tue USPS (in theory) is meant to be non-partisan and insulated from politics which is why Congress overhauled the USPS in the 1970s.
As usual you can thank McConnell and others for getting us here. The USPS has a board of governors that appoint the Postmaster General. There were vacancies under Obama, but Congress refused to confirm his nominees so Trump was able to appoint βhisβ people to the board who in turn appointed DeJoy. Only the board of governors can fire DeJoy.
Things are further complicated because while there are enough vacancies for Biden to regain a D majority on the board of governors, a Trump-appointed D already on the board voted for DeJoy β who in turn would have to choose to fire the person he appointed in the first place. Biden can fire anybody on the board of governors but only βfor causeβ and this would no doubt cause all kinds of legal challenges and distractions.
Itβs a complete clusterfuck and unfortunately thereβs no good way for Biden to get DeJoy ousted.
