I saw this ad late last week and I was so disgusted. Rick Caruso is trying to paint Karen Bass as a Scientologist because she spoke at a Scientology event. This seems a bit rich (pun intended) to blame one individual for an entire religion.
It’s like blaming an anti-choice, multimillionaire devout Catholic land developer like Caruso for pedophile priests and homelessness.
Caruso is pissed because he’s spending so much money trying to buy votes and he’s still polling behind Bass.
