Given the depth and breadth of activities plain and perverse automatically attributed (true or not) to powerbrokers, celebrities, and the super-rich, Epstein – apparently being the go-to guy – may have had the capability of satisfying all tastes… and with guaranteed anonymity (where Karma lives).

Unless I missed something none of the materials released so far seem to implicate Bill Clinton in any crimes.
Sure it was gross and suspect that he was buddies with Epstein at all, but we already knew that and it’s not something you can throw someone in prison for.

THe comments in the docs were that “Bill likes them young” and that Epstein claims to have gotten many for him over the years.
Where did you read that part? It’s not in any of the mainstream news coverage and that Mario Nawfal guy clearly isn’t a reliable source.

Frankly “Bill Clinton is a pedophile!” sounds like some Qanon bullshit. He has been credibly accused of sex crimes over the decades but there’s never been any hint he targeted underage girls.

The closest I’ve seen is the bit from this Politico story, but it’s testimony from a woman who says she never met Clinton and she was saying what she’d heard from Epstein, so no direct knowledge of potential crimes.

Yeah, that’s what I was referencing, exhibit 12. Sjoberg has elaborated much more to the media as well.
So again, no one has actually accused Bill Clinton of sex crimes relating to Epstein or his island and the only evidence against him is something a very sick sex criminal once told one of his victims.
I think it’s highly likely that Bill Clinton actually did commit sex crimes at some point in his life but if he’s ever going to jail this isn’t the kind of “evidence” that’s going to put him there.

Not to defend Clinton or anything that he might have done but her testimony about Clinton is the very legal definition of hearsay.

Well yeah. That’s why there was a private island and a mansion and people were secreted there. That’s how abusers work. Even the news about Dershowitz is what someone heard , not something they directly witnessed. There’s nothing in these documents BUT hearsay as the people deposed were testifying about what other people said and did.
This morning people were all about prosecuting those names and investigating the names found on the list. Now people are making excuses about those names and investigating the incidents, to the point that the press is saying there’s nothing surprising in here. David Copperfield, Bill Richardson, Bill Clinton, and more are in here.

That’s not true. From what I’ve seen there were several victims testifying directly about the abuse that they suffered at the hands of Epstein, for example. That’s not hearsay.

Saying that the newly released documents don’t provide any new evidence against Bill Clinton or others isn’t “making excuses” for anyone. It’s an honest analysis of the situation so far. There’s nothing in there about Clinton we didn’t already know, so presenting this list as if it’s the thing that is going to put Clinton away for life is sensationalist nonsense.

Fair enough. But either we believe Epstein said it or we don’t, which means we believe the witness being deposed or we don’t. It’s just frustrating. And I concede, nothing in here is new or bombshell since it was already released to the press. This is almost all just officially court record documenting it

I have no reason to think Sjoberg was making it up, but even if we got it from Epstein himself it’s not exactly like Epstein was the most credible person on that island. He was a twisted, manipulative predator who spent most of his waking hours literally and figuratively fucking with people. “Yeah, I totally hooked up the former POTUS with underage escorts” is exactly the kind of thing someone like him might lie about as part of a power flex.
If any victims come forward to accuse Clinton or any witnesses come forward to testify that they saw Clinton commit some kind of crime then that’s a whole different ballgame.
