The video game podcast “How Did this Get Played” does a similar thing. Devon Bryant produces the show and also composed the theme, and does a new version of the theme each week using the sounds from the game they are featuring. It’s a really fun aspect of the show.

The youtube channel “Bad Gear” uses whatever piece of gear it’s reviewing for the current video in it’s theme track (although the theme is largely the same)
