One way or the other, Taiwan is not USA.
I am pretty sure there is a conspiracy, and a Democrat spy put all of those things in those shelves, and another spy ripped the “made in usa” and stitched the “made in china”. For sure that is what happened.

True, but we often buy things tagged “Made in Taiwan”, so why the difference in labelling?
Maybe for the same reasons the US “Embassy” in Taiwan is called The American Institute in Taiwan.
Appeasement.

It’s also the same reason why there’s an urban legend about the town that named itself “Usa” so it could make the claim that the products were made in “USA”. (IIRC, the law says that the product must be labeled with the country of origin.)
