Oh, I have zero doubt the “pain” is severe…but his reaction itself gives me doubts that he is not hamming it up perhaps? maybe just a touch?

I guess hamming insinuates exaggeration to me. I dont feel like he is exaggerating, but maybe he is less inclined to compose himself here in the video compared to if he was a tour guide or trying to diffuse a time bomb.
