Although…to be fair to him, having lived in Oklahoma, it is damn near impossible to function in that state without a car. There really isn’t any public transportation, and buses aren’t exactly convenient, especially to get from one town to another one. Still, a failure to appear would probably cause him less of a problem than a second charge for stealing a car.
