Wearing any mascot suit in the heat of what I assume is either Cali or Florida would be brutal. Wearing Wookiee fur in that weather? I imagine that suits smells worse on the inside than a tauntaun.

I would gather its torture. I have most frequently seen Chewbacca under the Millennium Falcon, where it’s fairly shaded but still an oven in Anaheim summers and fall. Standing in the sun has to just suck.
