She probably meant “enlist” insofar as she can be said to mean anything.
In other Russian talking points, she demanded that Ukraine close its chemical weapon biolabs and stop persecuting Christians, neither of which is worth the trouble to refute here.
I just hope she is invited to join the Floor Action Response Team (a real thing).
