Because they offered him a bunch of money for about a day’s worth of work. I just hope it’s a lot of money. I’m guessing he wasn’t paid commensurately with being the only good thing in SW:TLJ.

Anyhoos; I wasn’t asking why Hamill would take the gig, but WHY some people just can’t let Chucky go.
Child’s Play was never a good horror movie, and it’s only gotten dumber with each incarnation.
