they’re dying for you to try
Shouldn’t that read “you’re dying”?

… or try the christmas special: Bratwurst, Stollen and eggnog
Look, I know this sounds disgusting, but is it really so distractingly awful that nobody has posted this yet?
Is this not Trump recruiting McDonalds for the latest skirmish in his war with China. Probably violates the Geneva Conventions re: chemical warfare.
On the one hand, nope.
On the other hand, sweet and savory isn’t necessarily a crazy idea.
Maybe this is just late stage capitalism’s version of a honey-glazed ham sandwich.
Either that or John Scalzi’s abominable burrito-fu has mutated into an Omega-level superpower.
Domino’s in China has shrimp and corn pizza as well as potato and bacon pizza.
You, Freshness Burger in Japan has long had a Spam burger on their regular, so that’s perfectly fine (and it’s perfectly delicious, by the way), but it’s the crushed Oreos that make it weird here.
It’s a sandwich for a busy person. Consuming the main entree and dessert together is very efficient.
On a white base, bacon (sometimes) and potato you can find in italian pizza al quadro places… just potato with rosemary and mozzarella is actually really good, just a gigantic carb bomb though.
I read this and said “Pizza Combos? No need to go to Japan for those!” Then I realized you were talking about toppings (before someone gets pedantic, everything on top of the crust is a topping).
That was my assumption, but I had to be sure. Probably better than something based on the Oreo cream.
Forewarned: reading this article yesterday made me want to go out and buy some Spam.
Okay, I’ll say it- Spam is great. It gets a lot of shade these days, but we ate a lot of it growing up, and it’s good when cooked well! There’s a Hawaiian restaurant near me that does an awesome spam musubi and I’ll eat that all day long.
As for this weird burger, I dunno, I’d try it. You never know what ingredients will work together!
Even the Pythons never added oreos to their spam, spam, spam, rat and spam. They had some standards, you know!
Damn you! I’m trying to avoid eating processed foods!
So, what does it take to make a food “processed”? Does it require more than just sealing it in a package, certain types of stabilizers or preservatives, certain amounts of salt and/or sugar?
I’m trying to get a feel for the spectrum of processing.
Oreo to announce a McDonald’s hamburger and spam flavor.
They have chicken wings and wasabi flavors (separate):
It sounds like the cookie part is less sweet in the Chinese version, at least these flavors.
