I misread the headline, and was horrified at the thought of loads of cocaine inside a cancer patient.
it is truly hard to fathom the amount of money and energy we spend trying to stop drugs and how little we spend on helping people who need help with drug addiction problems.
the effects of cocaine really aren’t all that different from caffeine, especially in their pure forms, and you can buy caffeine powder on amazon. Think about how every restaurant, hotel room, corporate office offer caffeine fixes…there are coffee shops saturating every city and town.
humans are weird with what we approve of and what we frown upon.
this is why we can’t have nice things like cocaine.
