I thought that unicode usually used precomposed glyphs, unlike say, MARC-8.

Speaking as a gay man, this has not been my experience with Jewish men. Giuliani is an asshole and he well represents the ReThugliKKKlanners with his bigoted attempt to deflect attention from his criminal behavior.
Also, eff him for insinuating that men who remain faithful to their wives are not as manly as those who cheat a lot.
