My opinion of Chic-fil-A is the same as yours about the pillows. They’re ok. I’m perfectly fine never eating there again.

At the end of the day, this is all down to him deciding he wanted to be a big shot. Like so many of these clowns, he thought his opinions were mainstream and he could shout them from the rooftops and be showered with praise for it. He FAAFO.
I’m willing to bet nobody here or anyone around us had ever heard of this guy before all this and wouldn’t have thought twice about buying his pillows if we saw them on a rack in Walmart or whatever. Now we all know what a tool he is and would go out of our way not to buy them. That’s what’s no doubt killing his business. The actual mainstream knows what a tool he his now.
Rich people used to know to lay low because going public and being vocal pretty much always ends in guillotines for them.
