Why wouldn’t you carry an axe in your vehicle?
I think you’re on to something; “Because I’m an Uber driver” is a pretty good reason!
I think the zip ties, duct tape, plastic sheeting and shovel probably have to go, too. :-/

In case of sudden Russian road rage.
The Zippo axe is way too small for Russian road rage.
(Though, admittedly, that scene does seem a tad staged, yet still possible in Russia…)
