Its sounding a lot like, up here, that these were all counterfeit stuffed animals, all being carried in the back of a truck. One of the reasons why we’re not seeing people come forward to claim them is because they basically were committing interstate fraud and counterfeiting trade goods, both of which have a stiff penalty in oregon (due to a few certain athletic apparel companies being here) and because federal law on counterfeiting is a big deal.
