Good bet. Often when I hear a band that I can’t identify, it turns out to be Ween. They are masters of musical cloaking.

When I was a preteen, someone turned me onto an obscure Canadian prog band called Klaatu. They had a couple of hits but are mostly remembered for the rumour that they were in fact the Beatles recording anonymously.

About 1976-77 if memory serves. Portland Memorial Coliseum.

they sound alot like Renaissance .
they did 1 album were done.

It sounds like my uncles band Zon from Toronto, On. 1970 era. Man did he have crazy stories, He was the lead guitarist, the late Brian Miller.

Bath Uni? I saw them there, on that tour, and it was superb, outstanding musicianship and Annie’s stunning voice, an amazing combination.

I used to do this! I had a Philips N2204 cassette player/recorder, and a Dansette-type record player, and I used to record songs off the chart show on the radio, and records I borrowed from mates and recoded from the speaker on the record player.
