“More?”
It’s one thing to demand respect. It’s another thing to earn it; and from what I can tell, the only respect she has earned is the respect you would give a fresh turd on the sidewalk.
And for much the same reason.
Republican Papier Mâché. That’s the preferred pronunciation.
Leave poor Narnky Massey alone, you bullies! (am I saying that right, Narnky? It is Narnky, yes?)
I call her Namby, Namby-pamby, maybe.
Namby Macey works for me.
I’ll bet she drinks Diet Mountain Dew.
does it have electrolytes?
you know, that’s what plants crave…
deplorable, even!
Maybe I’m mixing her up with someone else but I seem to recall she started out slightly more moderate before going full on MAGA.
ETA maybe I’m thinking of Elise Stefanik. They all kind of run together after a while.
I think she pitched herself that way, but it I think that that proved a lie on her part pretty quickly after getting into office… once it was clear the direction the party is going. At this point, it feels like it’s grifters all the way down and they’ll pose as whatever it going to get them re-elected and get them the most fund-raising and media attention…
Yeah, same thing, I think… none of these people have moral cores. They just have managed to hide it better than Santos did. At least we could all see he was a amoral grifter from the start…
The sooner the GOP implodes and makes way for a normal political party, the better… This shit just is… exhausting.
I hate this stupid timeline.
I think this is where I post this little gem.
BYW, I’m with him on Aye-Aye-Ron

I would prefer to ask turds like Mancey Nance to consider that with all the prompts, staff, handlers and presumably an adult’s access to information, she is either intentionally mis-pronouncing Harris’ name, which is something a petty, childish, racist asshole would do, OR, she can’t figure out how to pronounce it, which is something very stupid and obstinate to do. Ms. Mancey, which is it? Are you extremely stupid, to the point of illiteracy, or are you maliciously showing intentional disrespect to the vice president, who’s been in various public offices for decades? Are you an idiot or an asshole, Ms. Mouse? Which one is it? Sadly it doesn’t seem like a single member of the press has this amount of gumption.
I agree with all you wrote but this part. On the CNN panel in question, I saw three black people listening to this asshole’s blunt disrespect for a black presidential candidate, and at leadt two did call her out on it. And I have no do doubt that all three had plenty of gumption to call her out much more forcefully, if the setting had been a different one. But just as we live in a patriarchy – in which women have to watch how they say what they say on corporate media – so do black people in a society that remains white supremacist, lest they get labeled overly biased, angry, aggressive, and other stereotypical terms.
