It’s finally happened. You have to pay for sleep. Next step: some sort of chest device to charge you for the air you breathe.
I too am more interested in the bed pods.
How about $5 for a straw mat and the assurance no one will bother me? I have a hunch there’s a good market for that service, too.
In Japan they would call this a “love hotel.”
Rooms rented out by the hour aren’t traditionally used for napping. I see this business model taking an unfortunate turn.
They’ve had these at our airport for travelers for years. Minute Suites.
Pffft, that one’s a snap. Just put the mat on the sidewalk and put a cardboard sign next to you reading “Need Money for Rash Treatments. Please Help.” It’ll be like an invisible force field around you, and you might even make a couple of bucks.
