Or, to put it another way, “all of the Realtors®”, because in the US Realtor® is a trademarked word for what everyone else calls a “real estate agent” or the like, and the necessary and sufficient condition to call yourself a Realtor® is to be a member of the National Association of Realtors®. For which you first have to join one of a list of “local real estate association”, which all call themselves “Association of Realtors®”.
You can still be a licensed real estate agent without being a Realtor®. They just work very hard to convince you otherwise.
