Hmmmm, well, that part was a minute’s worth of fun, but the rest of it? I dunno. I want to like it, but it felt like a poorly-prepared sandwich.

I like it.
As of episode 6, Colony is really paying homage to The X-Files, with dialogue about “conspiracy theories that [the invasion] was planned for decades and our government was somehow complicit” and a character who bears more than a passing resemblance to the Cigarette Smoking Man.
