…
And here is a cat of unknown provenance alarmed by the presence of a banana:
“What the fuck is that? What the fuck is that, is that a fuckin’ iguana? Hey, don’t fuckin’ look at me like that, that’s a weird lookin’ fuckin’ iguana.” And so on.
I would have been so happy if the cat had been a plushie.
Would you settle for a pillow?
Seriously though, look at the teeth on that poor cat. I wonder what else is wrong with him.
I think the cat’s okay, it’s the breeder and the buyer(s) that could use a good doctor.
(Canines are way too close together, and protrude outward which suggests a really deformed lower jaw.)
I’m not too proud to say that I laughed out loud when I saw this video.
“Blink mutha-fucka!” LOL. I did too. I didn’t think it was a real cat. With the guy going on with his heavy Brooklyn accent, I thought it was staged. But at the end, it did indeed appear to be a real cat. Imagine waking up to that thing sitting on your open window sill on Halloween night.
Hey, I’m worried about this guy’s grandma, you know what I’m sayin’.
It’s crazy how much that sounded like Michael Rapaport.
I wonder what isn’t wrong with them, geeeeez…
Well thanks for ruining life, with that image!
Poor kitty. It seems to have a good life though, based on its Instagram feed.
Till it moved, I too was sure it was a cardboard cutout. Because…holy crap! Please people, stop with the purebred stuff, just go to shelter. We’re currently fostering the most sweet & adorable tuxedo kitten for our shelter, I’ve dubbed him Sylvester. Somebody will be lucky to adopt him.
98% of the video: “Eh, it’s funny I guess.”
Last 4 seconds: [Howls with laughter]
Our stereotypically lovable orange tabby also has lopsided, protruding teeth from having his lower jaw shattered as a kitten. It was already too late to fix it when he was turned in to the shelter as a stray. He’s OK, though - he can eat fine, just looks funny, no other issues.
Persians are already pretty deformed (those squished faces do not provide any evolutionary advantages and can contribute to various health issues) - this kitty’s lower jaw is just taken to an extreme. That said, aside from looking weird this cat seems healthy, well fed, and happy. The alternative would have likely been euthanasia from the breeder for such a non show-worthy cat. (And don’t get me started on how awful I think breeding is in general.)
I love cats but, damn this one freaks me out.
How could it’s owner sleep at night??
Thank you for this video. That is one freaky looking cat, and the filmers reaction is equally funny.

He’s a British cat, no?
Kitty is not alarmed. Kitty is just looking at it.
