What the actual fuck!?! That ruling is insane! It’s so bad, it’s difficult to pinpoint where ir how to start criticizing it.
I guess the first thing is that there was no environmental assessment for constructing the wall, so not constructing it shouldn’t require one.
Second, what kind of idiot thinks there is an environmental impact for people being on one side of an arbitrary line vs the other?
