Maybe house arrest with no TV or phone privileges? Have him suspend all use of social media? And have to wear an orange jumpsuit and ankle monitor.

It’s frustrating to watch more talk an no action, but that is also what the judge needs to do at this point. The contempt powers of a judge are very powerful and have very few actual checks to prevent their abuse. Because of this judges are supposed to be very careful before they use them and make sure that they will be upheld by an appeals court beyond any question.
I’m fairly sure that at this point Judge Engoron is just gathering enough of a paper trail that no higher judge is going to look at the record and even think about overruling him.

As @VenTatsu mentioned, I think this is the judge’s ‘progressive discipline’ lead up to putting him behind bars because he needs to show that the wheels of justice are measured and impartial. In reality the judge has probably pegged him as an asshole for several decades.

That would probably drive him crazy.
But from what I can tell, any punishment in this case might be a bit overblown? If I’m understanding it right, the post isn’t something that was posted since the gag order came through, it was something that was already up but wasn’t taken down.
Otoh, if there was something in the gag order that required him to go take down previous posts that violated the gag order, enough with the threats, lock him up!

A little ironic since Monopoly is about Atlantic City real estate, and developing and running a casino in Atlantic City is just one of the things Trump turned out to be a colossal failure at.

It could be the first time an important American political figure who has his own Secret Service detail has been jailed though. Should make for some interesting new protocols.
