I’d be shocked if they get any money out of this lawsuit; even if they had a case MSNBC can afford a lot more lawyers than OAN.

OAN’s lawsuit also claims that Comcast is engaging in anti-competitive censorship by refusing to carry the channel.

It would indeed be Full Streisand if OAN gets their wish to be carried on Comcast…because as part of the SLAPP settlement, Comcast becomes majority owner of OAN and turns it into an all-Teletubby channel.

Its a confusing concept even to those who are out of it. I have a friend in the Federal Trade Commission who deals with this sort of thing all the time who explained this to me once.
