She might not be owning that bar for long. Most times to get a liquor license you can’t have a (serious) criminal record.
And it boggles the mind these sorts often make their livings in some regulated industry, like selling liquor, permits for occupancy, subject to state inspections and whatever. So Fk the government and their rules and oppression to mah freedom, but yeah, I’ll make sure my bar is in compliance.
