In English, we distinguish between Scandanavian and Nordic, with Finland obviously in the Nordic group only (as well as Iceland), and Sweden being in both. Seems a little different than how you classify yourselves.

Not sure if all the vagaries in this article can be adequately explained by poor testing, false negatives, false positives.
Anecdotal disclosure and probably rife with confirmation bias: I had gotten some sort of flu (no idea which kind) at the end of January (2020). Not sure where I got infected. Symptoms: high fever, coughing, couldn’t get out of bed for two days. After third day from onset of symptoms, I felt ok-ish and by the end of Day 6 I thought I was fully recovered. On Day 7, I relapsed (same suite of symptoms) for 24 hours. Then I was truly “done.” So I do believe that relapse for some illnesses can and does happen.
