Otonamaki: wrapping oneself in cloth to ease pain

When I first saw this, the idea of being wrapped tightly made me think of “thundershirts” for dogs. Y’know, when they’re in a stressful environment they can’t do anything about, a tight-fitting garment helps them feel hugged and comforted. I wondered if this were something like that, only for humans? Sadly no. I remember looking up thundershirt-for-people once, and they exist, as subscription-based IoT devices, because of course why not. :confused:
