Pareidolia is a hell of a drug, isn’t it? (Ok, so I can see a naked man in that art, but then again I like seeing naked men and I like coffee, so there’s probably a connection!)

That image looks far too detailed to be real. Apparently, you can now just print photos directly onto the milk foam (beer heads, too apparently). Seems like it completely degrades the skill required to do it by hand, but people seem to love cutting into a photo of grandpa’s face on his retirement cake, so what do I know?

Got to wonder where they sourced the image from. The image they used is fake, a photoshop of a stock photo.
The original image is innocuous.

And the first pages of a TinEye reverse image search all show the original. I gave up searching after 30 pages. You have to really work to “accidentally” find and use the naked dude version of this image.

As funny as it is to say this is exactly one of the things i was taught to look for when i was in school for graphic design. Always check to see if you’ve accidentally made something sexual/phallic/yonic, you’d be surprised how easy it is to make a design that has that kind of detail and then miss it. Now with this advert i’m not sure if the detail was intentional or not, but it is most unfortunate lol
