Lazy. And floofy.

Backyard Baby Bunny:
We have one silly woodpecker that taps on the high voltage band on the utility pole in our backyard, but weâve ever heard heard his chirp/call. My husband and I spotted another woodpecker at Cal Poly Pomona a few weeks ago and it literally sounded like Woody Woodpecker. It made my day.
I know youâre in the Chicago area but sometimes it seems like youâre in my backyard!
Many years ago, in the spring, one woodpecker liked the noise he made tapping on the stainless steel fireplace chimney top, which made quite a racket.
Why do I get the feeling you did not share in his enjoyment?!
Actually, my folks and I couldnât stop laughing. Havenât had one do it since then, though.
We have a steel drummer (and at my last house as well); Gila woodpeckers. Mercifully they usually donât start too early in the morning, and they only seem to do it for a brief period each yearâŚthe annual territory renegotiation, perhaps.
Take the stairs!
Its a fake photo, but worth sharing
SOY SAUCE? Wait, I think my brain is exploding!
Calma, calma!
Just the container! Do not give the poor birds some tuna sushi!
Oh, of course! Itâs been a long, eventful day and I think my brain is not firing on all cylinders at this point.
Thanks! That really is a good idea, actually. Perfect function.
I just played this, and the little girl cat RAN to the window.
She is sitting there confused, looking all over for the sparrows. (Theyâre usually right outside making those noises in the afternoon. )

I like that idea!
