“Making terrorist threats” was one of the charges against him. I wonder if that was part of the “racial slur” that he supposedly yelled, or if it stemmed from his spitting in the officer’s face, or if it stemmed from the spider incident.
Our anti-terrorism laws are so broad and vague, and our law enforcers and prosecutors so aggressive and ambitious and unaccountable, that the terrorism charge can be (and is) applied to anything and everything.
