I’m not really sure what’s going through kitty’s head there. Kitties who Do Not Want usually huddle in a corner and yowl piteously. This one seems almost insanely curious, and is also–after watching the original video–not vocalizing but panting really hard. I’m guessing that that’s either a medical problem, or one of those weird stress-response habits that some cats pick up, or else it’s just really hot in there. But then I’d expect a cat that overheated to be less active. So I dunno. Maybe a combination of heat and excitement.
Cats don’t pant unless they’re stressed/or overheating. That cat is really stressed and anxious. It’s like watching a human have a panic attack and saying it’s cute and funny.
