Reading the rest of the story, it looks like Tyler (the son) recanted some of his accusations and didn’t want to get his dad in too much trouble. Which, isn’t that relying on the victim to hold the abuser accountable? Idk, between that and the ridiculous $40 fine this seems like an injustice.
