Had the same torque wrench from Harbor Freight [$20.00 US] for 25 years, it owes me nothing…

3 V8 rebuilds, 2 V twin rebuilds, and I can’t count how many times I leant it out, so yeah it was used and is ready for future use.
You’d have 10% more horsepower with a better wrench.

My torque wrench of 25 years underwent a rapid unscheduled disassembly a couple of years back when I used it as a breaker bar.
So I replaced it with a Teng one.
And an actual breaker bar, also Teng.
Yeah, that’s one lesson I’d like to avoid. Thank you for posting it as a reminder why I keep up the discipline when I do seasonal tire changes: breaker bar off; torque wrench on!
Big surprise, the $45 dollar wrench does everything just as well as the one from the get screwed truck!
