Sounds like West Philly? Sister-in-law had a similar house in West Philly (six bedrooms), but she sold it and moved to suburb near Lower Marion. While she lived there, she rented out the third floor. I think she paid ~$120,000, never did any improvements, and then sold it for $200,000. (The fact that she did nothing to it makes me cry.)
And the big question, I was afraid to ask because it’s bedtime over here, why did you drive to Philadelphia?
