While I won’t sing praises can I say I haven’t been unhappy with them? Haven’t my speeds been bumped up over the years though I think I need a new wireless router to really take advantage but it has been quite nice at 20mbps anyway?
Wouldn’t I love to try QWest and their new gigabit offerings but as always I am in a neighborhood that gets nothing better than 3mbps at best?
Can I advise to just buy your own cable modem if you go that route? (seriously you can buy a new one every year and still pay less than the rental fees)

Didn’t I take a look at Comcast’s offerings as a result of your (lukewarm) recommendation? And doesn’t it say “not all features compatible with Macintosh systems”?
Wouldn’t that be a deal-breaker in our all-Apple household?
Or do you think that’s legalese and really there’s no problem?

Am I happy that @anon67050589 has raised this question of DirectTV vs. cable company? Are the subextraodinaires paying too much for their DTV package (only the satellite and one receiver)? Anyone have Charter who actually likes them?

Doesn’t it look like at least 3 people purchased it before me, since there are 4 different stickers (all from the same vendor) covering the barcode on the back? Didn’t I get it as “Used - Acceptable”, even though there are no marks, no damaged pages, barely any dings on the covers, and the binding is still like new? Did I luck out or what?
