The Bay Area includes the nine counties that empty into the San Francisco Bay downstream of the Delta. If hydrology doesn’t rate as a “reasonable definition” of what constitutes the Bay Area, I see no reason to dicker with you.

So, when people talk about the Delta, in order to differentiate it from the Bay Area, do you dicker?
She may very well have been mad because they were too loud. We can get mad at people for all kinds of things. If we express that anger in a way that attacks their race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc., then we are being bigoted. How racist her actions were is entirely unrelated to what aggravated her in the first place.

How would one know if someone is doing that? I’ve never heard anyone say, “I refer to the Delta, in order to differentiate from the Bay Area”. In fact, I seldom hear anyone refer to “The Delta” at all.

I see you’ve expended some effort in order to disprove me. Sadly, If you’d read my post more carefully, you would have seen that I was expressing an opinion.
The opinion is mine. You’re free to disagree with it, of course, but your maps do not change my opinion that Walnut Creek isn’t really part of the Bay Area.
Googling is no effort at all.
