I fail to see the humour in this. This is just a nuisance call. If Sidney Poitier was under investigation for abuse to arthropods, there might be some point to this. I’m surprised he didn’t resort to cuss words earlier.

I’d say the one benefit is that for months afterward Poitier could bring it up at dinner parties and luncheons.
