Really? This is how these public servants are choosing to help out the U.S. citizens?
There needs to be a “if you do this and nothing is found you forfeit your job and ever serving again” clause.
Hopefully our democratic system will weather the storm and safeguards will be out in place to prevent nonsense like this from occuring again.

I found this statement from Biden, echoing my sentiments.
“Instead of doing anything to help make Americans’ lives better, they are focused on attacking me with lies,” the president said following the vote. “Instead of doing their job on the urgent work that needs to be done, they are choosing to waste time on this baseless political stunt that even Republicans in Congress admit is not supported by facts.”
