Play is such a nice way to learn to kill your prey.

they apparently put on this kind of entertainment when they hunt:

It’s adorable here indoors but the mustelids as a group definitely punch up.

So, a weasel is like a land otter?

Rough day at work. I could use a desk weasel today…

Least Weasels (slightly larger ones than Ozzy; he belongs to a very tiny species) can take down a rabbit.

Okay this is so adorable its as saccharine as eating 5 lbs of raw sugar.

Amen to that. Mustelids, however delightful, are much too much themselves to be domesticated. You can have a relationship with them, but cuddly is not their strong suit.

This raises the question, What sort of computer does Frisco68 have? The answer is obvious: an old Osborne. Yes, it’s Ozzy’s Osborne.

“Why, it’s a little ol’ lint-pickin’ weasel!!”

BAMF - good name for a wolverine!

Also, while it mixes X-Men, it’s a good thing wolverines can’t teleport. They’d be unstoppable!

Same family, mustelid. The family includes stoat, weasel, otter, pine marten, badger, wolverine, ferret, polecat and honey badger. All are born killers, more than capable of taking down prey much larger than themselves; honey badgers will face up against a lion!

Yeah. I’ve seen a least weasel go against a rat that was much bigger than the weasel. It did not end well for the rat.
