The motorcyclist rode away, the car driver wrecked herself and other vehicles. I would say that is definitively better driving.
yeah, but accidentally losing control of your car and then hitting things is actually your liability/ responsibility to NOT do, ones own acceptance or deflection of blame and focus on moral aspects are secondary there.
The wall was not a secondary collision. It was the collision and it was a two car accident with the uninvolved truck as the secondary. The bikers kick was not the first hit, as it was physically inconsequential. Same effect from a piece of retread striking the driver door.
Now, should the biker be cited? Probably, but not for being involved in an accident. His bike didnât hit anything.
It was over 9000.
Youâve been carrying this burden for 20 years or more. Itâs ok to let the little slights in life go.
Does no one have any thoughts for the pickup?!? Think of the pickups, wonât you!
For my own sanity, I have a browser extension for Chrome that blocks all YouTube comments. I highly recommend it to all intelligent beings.
Once. JUST ONCE. I thought about leaving a comment on YouTube. I stopped it. Walked away. Never cared to do that again.
It seems the police are treating it as a hit and run, regardless. He was certainly part of the accident.
have a link? did I miss it upthread?
Chuck Norris on the bike. Shouldnât kick cars like that, Chuck.
âAuthorities are investigating the incident as a possible hit-and-run, Bond said.â
Yay everyone was able to walk away⌠more or less.
I saw a version with footage extending earlier than this and the car appeared to have crossed the double yellow and endangered the motorcyclist before the kick.
oh, you said:
The bold parts of your assertion about this arenât really supported by that article. Iâm not trying to be a jerk, I just donât like making rounding errors when I come to understand things.
I read the word possible as very relevant, and meaning he may be determined to be involved. Heâd be a fool to say a word, as if they were going to charge him they would not use the word possible, they would use the word fugitive. They also want to see if his vehicle was the first one to make contact with another vehcile, which logically would swerve to -avoid- an accident. As an accident you swerve -into- is called an intent.
Just another day on Beijingâs 4th Ring Road.
Well, since I ride and also drive a Volvo, and my wife drives a Tacoma, I prefer not to choose who to have compassion for based on their vehicle choice.
Iâm not gonna lie, reading those was not my brightest decision today. I just have to believe those are decent people in real life and that they only call for peopleâs murder and worse on YouTube.
Pretty amazing considering.
I really wish the bike had stopped and kept a safe distance. Since it seems to have turned out the carâs murderous behavior was intentional according to @Freshhawkâs updated info, he would have fared much better with the law than having left the scene.
Yeesh, so early in the day to already be so filled with rage. I always assume these things happen at after-work rush hour, when everyone is riled up from a shit day and taking out their fury on other drivers.
I guess there is an up side to not being a morning person, as Iâm not usually on the road at 5:49 am.
Most of the recklessness stems from people trying to beat the Los Angeles and surrounding areasâ rush hour, which generally is in full swing by 6 am.
For the past year, Iâve been coming through on the I-5 at this hour, and finally gave up that job for the sake of my sanity.
