Omg who is the eagle eyed narc that picked the plants out of 3 seconds of footage?
Or maybe rooftop gardens is the bigger concern (not allowed?), that then led to the discovery? Or maybe someone in the building watching the footage wanted to go visit the garden they never knew about?

It’s weed that just happened to grow there (wink wink. Nudge nudge). As opposed to weed that someone planted there , that would thus belong to someone who would be held legally accountable for planting the wrong plant.
